So what's the catch?
There isn't one, the whole process is completely transparent.
Simply read the information that follows.
We instruct an independent RICS surveyor to value you home.
We purchase your property and pay your legal fees.
We ensure that any charge on your property is cleared e.g. outstanding mortage/loan secured on the property upon completion.
Once your property has been completed we will deduct the rental income for the whole year and a sum equivalent to one month's rent as a bond.
We ask you to pay a fixed percentage of the valuation in rental for the first year.
Currently, this is 8.5%

What are we offering you?
- Market value for your property
- Buildings insurance and legal fees paid
- Accept responsibility for costs associated with repairs to services including gas, water, electricity and plumbing.
- Security of living in your home for a minimum of twelve months.
Your responsibility to us;
- pay for utilities that you use
- pay council tax on the property
- maintain common areas and garden where appropriate
- pay rent at 8.5% of market value, annually
- pay initial annual rent upon completion
- pay the equivalent of one month's rent as a bond upon completion
- maintain the dwelling both internally and externally and accept responsibility for costs other than for faults which are structural.
